Your Questions, Answered

  • Coaching creates space to think clearly about questions that matter: What now? Who am I without this role? What's actually important?

I listen for patterns, contradictions, and what you might not be saying yet. I ask questions that help you see what you already know but can't quite access. Unlike therapy, I don't treat trauma or clinical conditions. Unlike mentoring, I don't give advice based on my experience. I help you find your own answers.

If you're not sure whether coaching is right for you, we'll explore that in the free introductory session.

  • My standard fees are £55 per hour, and £70 for a 90 minute session.

  • I work Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

Sessions are available online, by telephone, or in person (depending on location).

Clients typically meet weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on their aims and availability.

Most coaching engagements last 6–8 sessions. This can be extended where ongoing work would be beneficial.

  • I'm a Level 5 qualified coach (Management Coaching and Mentoring, Chartered Management Institute) with five years' coaching experience.

I've coached NHS staff at all levels, small business owners, and people reconsidering their professional pathways.

I specialize in midlife transitions: career changes, caring for elderly parents, retirement, bereavement, and the identity shifts that come with major life changes.

I've also created a bereavement resource used by health and social care professionals across Dorset to have sensitive, helpful conversations with carers who have lost their loved one.

  • I work with people facing difficult questions about meaning, identity, loss and what comes next when the familiar script no longer fits.

My approach is grounded in existential coaching. There is no predetermined path and no external authority who can tell you what matters. Even when circumstances feel constrained, you still have choices. My work focuses on identifying where your freedom lies and deciding how you want to use it.

I can stay with grief, ambiguity and complexity without rushing you towards premature optimism or quick solutions. Having cared for my own mother through her final illness, I understand loss not only professionally, but personally.

If you are looking for someone who can hold the weight of what you are carrying while helping you move forward deliberately and on your own terms, we may be a good fit.

I offer a complimentary 30-minute call so you can get a sense of how I work.
